So, Noah has been a little lazy with his blogging this past week because he had company in town. Grandma Linda, Aunt Kim, Cousins Jon and Hannah all drove down from Ohio for their spring break. We have lots of fun pictures to share with you, but first – Noah’s haircut. Remember back to the one he got in January, where he sat so nicely in the chair? What do they say that lightning doesn’t strike the same place twice?
Mommy tried to make it better with an animal cracker. Yeah, that didn't work!
Are you seriously letting her do this to me??
This is torture!
See, it's all better! (He didn't calm down until we left the building!)
While it was torture (for all of us), and I think it will scar him more than his shots at the doctor, he did get a really good haircut!
In the fall, Greg planted some daffodil bulbs from Noah’s Wisconsin grandparents. They have bloomed, and they are beautiful! Spring has sprung!
Hey, what are those?
Noah takes a closer look
No, wait...he was going for a stick!
Poor Noah has another runny nose. It’s sad that he points to the Benadryl, asking me to help him :( And now his favorite new “toy” is an empty bottle of Benadryl. Yes, we’re singing the Benadryl Blues!
Carrying the empty bottle around with him
He hid the bottle under the kitchen sink and was excited when he rediscovered it!
As we say in the South, “Well, bless his little heart!”
Trying to improvise and entertain while it was still chilly outside, Noah and I made a fort with sofa cushions:
We might do this more often – Noah took a great nap later that day!
Noah wants to wish everyone a Happy St. Patrick’s Day! To celebrate (early), we went to Mommy and Me, sporting our “green”. Noah’s sweatshirt was a gift from our friend, Ashley – a souvenir from Ireland! Noah actually tried to wear it last St. Patrick’s Day, and we thought he would never grow into it:

Wearing our green
Kiss me, I'm Irish!
You don’t see the typical “Noah Smiles” in these pics b/c our little leprechaun has his first year molars coming in. Poor guy has had a rough few days. Maybe the luck o’ the Irish will turn things around
Noah doesn’t earn an allowance just yet, but he’s well on his way to helping around the house with chores. In this video, he helps Greg unload the dishwasher. Good thing for our dishes, Greg has quick, cat-like reflexes!
This week’s “Mommy and Me” was brought to us by the letter “P”… What better excuse to have a Pajama Pancake Party?!
We're both dressed in pajamas and ready to go!
Noah working on his craft
We added extra "sausage" to our paper pizza for Daddy!
Noah LOVED the pancakes!
He had 3!
